Our beloved Ethereum has been the punchline of way too many jokes lately... and yeah, I've thrown a few myself, I'll admit it. But let me be crystal clear: I completely reject the idea that $ETH is dead. In fact, I remain deeply bullish on both the Ethereum network and $ETH as an asset over the long haul. The entire purpose of crypto is to create a permissionless, decentralized, censorship-resistant foundation where finance can trade, value can flow, projects can build composably, and knowledge can be recorded immutably beyond the reach of overreaching governments. And by every measure, Ethereum is delivering exactly that today. Sure, $BTC has its legendary store-of-value narrative and origin story we all love. And yes, other blockchains do similar things. But Ethereum dominates where it counts: real-world usage. As @Nomaticcap's chart shows, Ethereum commands over 50% of TVL market share, and nearly any other metric tells the same story. When it comes to decentralization and censorship resistance, Ethereum's dominance is even more pronounced. The situation today mirrors 2021, when sentiment was euphoric and everyone debated the flippening. Since then, fundamentals have only improved across crypto, and Ethereum's position remains rock-solid. The only difference? Sentiment has soured after 5 years of price underperformance. But as we know in crypto, price often leads sentiment. All it takes is a price reversal for the bullish narratives to flood back. My friend @DeFi_Dad nailed it: When ETH breaks above 5k, you'll see sentiment shift fast. I think that's spot on. Unless crypto dies entirely, $ETH will succeed long-term, and the mood can flip positive far quicker than most expect. I mention this because I wanted to share updates on the team at @rocksolidHQ, but realized I had to start with an $ETH discussion first — these stories are inseparable. The folks at RockSolid, @wardy_ben and @paladin_eth, are just another example of my number one bullish argument...
